    Hi Ed

Met you briefly outside Tesco Express in Chester today, and just checking out the 2 new tracks as mentioned. Made my day. Thank you

I echo George’s sentiments: the tracks sound pretty good as-is Ed. I’m of the era of Prog Rock thematic storytelling, Pink Floyd, Genesis, Jethro Tull (Ian had a nice boat at the same marina as me in the late 80′s). The music should paint pictures in the mind and yours are all in “Technicolor”!

We have seen Ed a number of times in York which is where we first heard of him on his own. I saw him in NMA back in black and white and always remember the stunning “Vagabonds” which he kindly played upon being asked.
The tracks from his upcoming album are well up to standard. The second is vintage and the first will become vintage when I listen to it a few more times. Sorry we cant buy any more CD’s. We have them all.

    Hello Ed,
Thanks for these previews. I’m sure there are all sorts of reasons you consider these tracks to be rough mixes but speaking as someone who just enjoys listening to your music I really like these just as they are thanks, they aren’t broken so don’t try to fix them! It’s lovely stuff, engaging, interesting, joyous to hear. And don’t be tempted to shorten the tracks, some of us like pieces of music that gracefully develop and explore their themes properly and let you enjoy their richness. I was delighted to find an extended piece here.
Leaving Earth and Arriving at Pluto both inspire me to pre-order the album now! Every good wish for the continuing recording process.
